Sat Nav software upgrade

I have a 2002 745i, I dont know what software it has since the computer nav came off an 04 745LI.

My question is: when i upgrade do i have to upgrade from V27 to V27.1 to V28 all the way up to V29

Or i can just go Straight to V29 from what i currently have?
