One time Navi coding help needed

Is there anyone in the area of Frankurt Germany + or - 100 kilometers that is available to code my Navi and a couple of other features on a 2006 Mini Cooper S wit the BMW MK4 Navi unit?

I will gladly pay, since it's a one time thing I don't really want to go through buying the interface, software and going through learning how to use it.

I went to the local BMW dealer, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.

Anycase, where appreciate the help!
