anyone knows whether it Navi DVD, CD for Southern Europe are mainly

Greece, Turkey

DVD 2009-2 HIGH Europe has excellent coverage of Greece.

Can't comment on Turkey but I believe no coverage (at least for mainland Turkey).

Will check and come back

You can't. There are 9 CDs with EUROPE (compatible with MK4), you can choose from them...
