2008.1 update?
 

I was wondering if the newest cd from navteq 2008.1 is just an update to an exsiting map or if it is the whole map system for my navigation. The reason i ask is i dont have a map cd currently and am looking into getting one. I dont want to buy an update since i need the core cd first. I hope that this new cd 2008.1 is the core map cd and has the updates in it.
