Newbie In Need Of Advice!!
 

Hi everyone. New to the site and wanted to say hi and ask for some help please.

I have just managed get out of sticky situation with with my MK3 sat nav unit. I tried to update the OS to V32 and the disk got stuck and the display went blue. I tried everything the get the disk out including keeping the button pressed for 3 minutes and taking the power away. Nothing worked.

I eventually took the plunge and dismantled the unit. Success!!! I got the disk out and managed to update the software to v32.

Now two questions

1) What does the V32 allow my to do? What are the benefits of the software?

2) Where can I get an up to date map disk from?

First of all - BMWellcome to the forum!!!

1. You have loaded the latest software with the last bug corrections. There is no any specific functions or benefits

2. Look on torrents or buy it from your dealer
