What does it mean when it gives that msg?

I have an MKIV with an 09 DVD map. The streets show up on the map but sometimes depending on the road, it gives that msg.

I cant for the life of me figure out what it means. I had it when I was using older discs that didnt have my street on them but now it does and I thought it would go away... no joy.

Can you guys chime in and tell me what it means, or what Im supposed to do to get rid of it?
