V32 request
 

Looking for v32 with just a couple mods. Basically oem with modded splash screen, skyline (just some clouds) and perhaps brittish female voice. With or without acceptance, doesn't matter as long as it goes away without having to click accept. That's it. No night mode, custom menus, etc.
