Help Me Please
Does anyone have suggestions on what I may do or be wrong with these units? or Does anyone know if there is a company in the U.S. that checks and repairs Navigation System Components? I recently had a O.E.M. 16:9 unit retrofitted in my 2001 330ci vert and am having trouble with the Mark III CD drive loading the map disk - kicks it out after about 5 seconds and the BM53 radio receiver only picks up two signals on each band with only static. Short of getting both unit replaced I wanted them checked out before I do that.

Additional Note: My Mk3 is running V20 SW 3-1/60 software and the map version I am trying to use is 2008.1 is that part of the problem?
