Short circuit in Nav constantly blowing fuse! Need some help!

Hi all, first time poster here. I frequent e46fanatics, and was recommended to come here for some help with my current problem. Hope you all can help me with this!

My radio fuse randomly started blowing a couple days ago. Now I figure this is a short-circuit based on what I've read on here. I pulled out my OEM nav, and everything looked good behind it. After putting it back in, I swapped fuses, and she started and the radio worked!

Two minutes later on the road it goes out again. I get home, pull the nav back out for a more thorough inspection, and still nothing. I pulled back my lining in my trunk and saw nothing of concern there either.

Now I have school starting again this coming Tuesday, an MRI for my broken ankle on Monday, and no one here until this weekend to drive me anywhere (my college is still on break).

Is there ANYTHING I could be missing or overlooking? There's no bmw certified shops within 60 miles of me, and no bmw dealer within 50.

If anyone has any tips, I'm willing to try anything! Thanks a bunch.
