Help! Nav screen freeze
 

Last night I was successful in creating a copy of 2009.1 dvd update. Popped it in the dvd slot and it worked. Finally! My house was in the navi.

Today when I went to work, it was saying please wait. I waited and waited. Other functions were still okay and the screen was still functional. It was still in the "please wait" screen when I go to the gps section, so I decided to put back my original 2002.1 dvd. After that, it was still "please wait" screen on the gps until the screen until it froze over into that screen. If i hit menu, it would not go to the menu. Basically, its frozen in the "please wait" screen but with radio functions still working.

What should I do? How do I reset?
