Navcoder not permanent

Hi

I have a problem with Navcoder. Im able to change the MK4 code settings with it but after doing a Downgrade I'm loosing the code settings again. How can I code the settings permanent? Thanks for your help.

They are permanent, but when reflashing an OS sometimes the reflash wipes the whole memory. So just code again.
