MK3 with 4:3 screen flicker after Update done
 

Hello,

I updated the Nav system in my 01 X5 with version v32 from v21.

I burned the disk in mode 2 and put them in the nav unit.

It read it and started spinning, then my screen went blank and after about 5 mins the nav unit ejected the disk.

All the buttons work and i can hear the radio, cd, etc but the screen just flickers...

I dont know what to do now.

Can anyone help?

Try shutting the car off, waiting a few minutes, and then turn the car back on. The MKIII should re-sync to the display.
