Searching for Downgrade Software V22

Hi,

I am searching for a V22 Downgrade software for the MK4 in my bmw e39 to make the info and select button work again. (Changed from MK3 to MK4 with BM24 radio)
Does someone have a link? It is very important:)
Thank you!!

Edit:
I got the link!:

The correct way is to code the navigation so that INFO and SELECT work

The reason they do not work is that the BM23 radio module fitted in the car is not the same as the radio module set in the navigation computer. Navigation expects to see a BM54 radio, but you have BM23.
(BM54 is the default setting)

So you need to change WIDESCREEN MODE to reflect the correct radio

Because this setting is wrong, it is highly likely that the other nav settings (VIN, vehicle type, etc) are also wrong

You can correct all of this through either recoding at a BMW dealer, or by using my NavCoder software.

You could ask on this forum or on some German forums for a BMW fan with NavCoder in your area to recode for you.

Hi,

I just downgraded it with V22 and installed the V31 and it worked wonderful. Info and select are working.

I already went to the BMW dealer before and changed all VIN, vehicle type etc. settings on the MK4 but still didn't work.

so, you said, i should code navigation computer with "always full screen mode" in order to have those 2 buttons work correct on my setup (MK4 with BM24)...but then i will loose split screen mode, and i don't want this...so how can i could have info and select buttons working without loose split screen mode?

thank you

On a Widescreen monitor, you must choose between
INFO+SELECT working, with no Radio split screen (this is as BMW designed it)
or
Radio splitscreen working, and no INFO+SELECT

With 4:3 monitor you can have Radio splitscreen working, and INFO+SELECT working

That is the way BMW designed it

The proper config on a widescreen monitor is with no radio splitscreen.
