MK3 NAV - " Please wait a Moment..."
 

Hi All - I have a 2003 X5 with factory Nav - It is the MK3 - My nav has not been working for the past year - a message reading "Please wait a Moment..." appears on the screen but does not go to the maps. I suspect that the GPS is working because it gives me accurate coordinates under the "emergency" option.

Has anyone experience this before and/or have a possible solution?

Correction - It is the MKIV...

Not at all. Replace the laser and it will be like new. Google "laser replacement bmw mk4 nav" for instructions
