MKIV in broken state after nav update

hello everyone, I just tried to update my MKIV to V31 but failed. Now my nav is broke. Any way to salvage it? I have used the same disk to upgrade another MKIV before and it was fine. Any suggestion really appreciate it.

Define "broke". Do u get any images or it is a blank screen? Any error messages?

What ver. was the MKIII at before? Anything above Ver.22 just gives the same result. 3-1/63. Have you tested your Ver. 31 to make SURE it is Mode 2 Form 1? Use Imagburn.

MY BAD. I thought you said MKIII. Anyway are you sure of the OS disc you used? Check it for Mode/form and maybe just get a factory Ver.32 for 8-10 dollars from the Dealer parts counter. P/N 01 59 0 141 891.
