MK3 problem

Hi,
I have a 2002 X5 and navigation MK3.soft 3-1-30,
I would like to update 3-1-63.
There is a problem. Navigation unit does not take any OS CD. I tried various burning software, the CDs, I have about 15 CD with OS. I insert the CD in navi appears on the screen "software wird geladen" and that's it.
According to different views on this forum I assume that flash memory is damaged.
Please help,: where the motherboard flash memory is stored? I have a another MK3 damaged and I tried to replace them.

The update usually starts after about 2 minutes. How long did you wait?
Did you burn the CD in mode2 with the slowest speed ?
The message "software wird geladen"means " software will be loaded".

I have a CD burned at speeds from 1 to 4, mode2 form 1, and another car, and works without any problems and I waited 1 hour and nothing, I think I have a problem with flash memory in navigation
