Help with SW updating

Hi, I'm new in this forum:)

And I have a question. Car BMW 320Ci Coupe 2003. My computer firmware version is http://img265.imageshack.us/img265/9...8094444.th.jpg
Question is what firmware image to use to properly update to a latest OEM SW? I believe it's possible:) I just want to be sure, because don't want to brick my computer:)
