I used to have the 4:3, it is in the settings menu, check your owner's manual or read it online at xoutpost.com.

Thanks I got it...Another question - can I bring back the US metrics and the US voice? For some reason I have UK (I didn't do it maybe the previous owner did)

You can, but I can't remember how to do it because I've never had an issue with mine. Let me see if I can find some info for you and I'll edit this post with it this afternoon.

EDIT: You might have to get your dealer to recode your Nav to change that.
