The newly updated Cayenne is scheduled for release in 2007. Prototypes of the facelifted ute show a new front end with headlights that look a little more like those on the 911. The new front skirt has different air intakes and lights in the corner of the air intakes. At the rear end the Cayenne gets larger taillights, a new spoiler and a new bumper. A hybrid version is said to be in the pipeline, developed with VW and Audi-but will not be available until 2008 at the soonest.
