Peeling window trim - video included

Drove in this morning and what do I see, an E46 with peeling window trim. I had the same problem when I had my M3, so I decided if I was stopped alongside him, I'd give him some advice on what to do.

Man, what an asshole! He causes a double wreck (note that the white car in front of him bumps into the grey car too) and then bails.

Bet he either had an arrest warrant or didn't have insurance.
