Is there more of a down side in buying a use car from canada

hay folks.



I notice a few late mode bmw and other late model high end use cars at dealerships that were imported from canada.



I mean carfax said they cars were own and operated in BC and Alberta.


I am from california so is there more of a down side then from buying a use car from the east cost?
