Huh? Didn't you guys just buy a 3-series for your CEO, Barry? She crossed it off, but ended up buying it anyway? I'm confused...

I have been traditionally opposed to owning a Lexus while still admiring the quality and efficiency of them. Nothing from Lexus has done it for me. I actually have a funny t-shirt I bought from a BMW dealer. It reads "This is your brain" and has a roundel under it. Below that it reads "This is your brain on drugs" and has a Lexus logo under it. The dealer had to stop selling them because they got in trouble for using the Lexus logo.

The IS350 is pretty interesting though. If I got one it would be a lease and probably for only 2 years because I know that I'd get bored of it.

Juan...tell us how you really feel...

IMO I have issues with Acura/Lexus/Infiniti....mainly because I don't see why you should pay so much for a pumped up version of Honda/Toyota/Nissan....these cars are quality built as is...slapping wood on them and higher grade leather shouldn't increase the price so much.

However, the IS350 ride is bordering on harsh as compared with the 330i and there is something about the steering feedback and handling on the E90 330i and stability that the Lexus IS350 doesn't quite have YET. But, BMW be should be worried, because the IS350 is getting very close to BMW's 3-series formula!

Bangle: That's the problem. I have always said that he is the best designer that Mercedes and Audi ever had. He's driven more loyal BMW customer to those marques than any other reason.

I'd still consider the 330i or the 335i but I'm still trying to get over the looks. Maybe if they have some sort of M-Tech kit for it that makes it look better I might bite. Of course the price has to be right too.
