Verizon FIOS is being Installed
As I write this! I can't wait to stick it to the Dolans and cancel my Cablevision Internet and within a year my Cablevision TV. Verizon should be offering TV service by the end of the year.

Gotta love Fiber baby! 15 up and 2 down!

Will confirm the speeds once everything is operating.

"Verizon is launching the future of TV today in Maryland to about 11,000 Howard County
residents in Clarksville, Columbia and Ellicott City. They will be the first in the state to
receive our fiber-optic FiOS TV service, and we are ready to take customer orders."

I just happen to live right across the street from where the cutoff is, which really sux. Hopefuly, they'll wire the rest of us pretty soon.
