It just occurred to me that only the Canadian members would get the joke in the video. There's a Canadian commercial for Capital One credit cards that shows a banker following a guy around with the banker's hand in the guys back pocket. They use a catchy jingle "Hands in my pocket" referring to the high interest rates. I tried looking for a link to the commercial but no luck.

Great Video! I do believe that New York is worse than New Jersey. We use
20% of the entire Federal Medicaid budget and our county uses around 40%
of its budget for welfare.
