V710 owners - class action suit deadline is tomorrow

Has anyone addressed their v710 recall options yet? I know Carlos posted a thread about this a while back, but I've been putting it off, and now the deadline to pick an option is tomorrow...
If you choose to get rid of your v710, how does the replacement work? Do you keep your phone for a few months until the paper work gets sorted out, then get a new one before sending it back?

you should be getting something in the mail within the next few weeks. you can check out howardforums, as there's a long-standing thread about this. i can't wait to get rid of my v710 and get something more useful.
