Check out Speed Channel tonight @ 1am EDT
BMW: Birth of a Sports Car is on, tracking the testing of the E63 before it went into production. I missed it the first time around, it was filmed in 2004. Very cool program- goes inside BMW and on-road testing.

Sounds cool... unfortunately, only "international men of leisure" are up at that time...

i saw the last 3 minutes and glad they are re-running it. Tivo set. Its a couple of years old, they were focusing on the birth of the new 6 series.

I have the german versions saved on my computer. (M6board provided the link way way back...).

However, if anyone could get the english versions up onto a server, I'm sure lots of us would be very appreciative !

just watched it ... thank you for the heads up about that. it was informative, i suppose, if not a little superficial in its coverage. also, i don't think they had quite enough ads but definitely a fun watch
