Maybe, maybe not. But what do you mean by the statement "then change the ride. It makes no sense in the context of your statement. How do you change the ride? and what does that have to do with "When the X3 first came out people thought the ride was to hard."

He is talking about how BMW softened the suspension slightly for 2005 models. However, from what I understand the softening makes barely any noticeable handling difference...

I believe that BMW modified the ride of the X3 in 2005. The 2005 and 2006 models are supposed to have a softer ride.

I may be in the minority - but I think it looks good. I never completely warmed up to the X3. Acura will sell a bunch of them. But - I thought this thing was supposed to have the 3.5ltr V6? I'd pass on the turbo. The 3.5 from the current MDX would be a very nice set-up for the smaller, lighter RDX.

I have not heard anything about he next MDX. Acura's website has some 'concept' pics of it. I have heard that they are taking it upscale now that they have the RDX.

OK, the English skills are MIA, but that is true of so many posters on this board.

I believe he said that 'they changed the ride' for 2005. The two typos in that short sentence meant that several readings were required to comprehend it.
