MS Office for Mac - what & where to buy?
I'd like my daughter to be able to use MS Office applications on her Mac - specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I noticed that there are several versions available and they all seem to be very expensive. There's the professional version, student teacher version, etc. I don't want to get a version that has frustrating limitations. Can any of you Mac wizards offer some guidance on what to get and where I can get the best deal? TIA!!!

First check this out then find a Mac store and get the standard version. The product (IMHO) is worth the money.

Thanks for the info guys... So the student version isn't missing anything?
BTW Quick - her Mac is not Intel based so I don't think that software will work with it. Sure looks slick though! Any other ideas/suggestions?

OBTW Most Mac's come with Appleworks 6 installed. Dosn't she have that? Finally if you know someone who has the student teacher edition they may have one of their multiple installs still avaliable which would be free. Thats how I got mine.
