DMB fans in tha HIZZ-OUSE????

Just got back from the DMB show, and I must admit, it ROCKED!!! They played two new songs, and it was MUCH better than last night in Toronto! Can't wait for Hershey, NYC, Boston and Charlottesville!!! Yes, I'm a "Dave 'ho,' " and proud of it. Again, Matisyahu opened, and as a Jamaican, his version of reggae was acceptable. YAY!!! The show was almost ogasmic, I tell ya! Carter freakin' ROCKS!!! I'll post pics once I sober up....no, I didn't drive....I know better!

I'm a fan too. I have yet to watch their concert and I am looking forward to seeing them sometime. Of course, I had to lay off some DMB for a while (4 years ago for about 2 years) cause i was full of them already. Good for you man. Have fun being a great fan.

It's "woman," but that's OK! I see them an average of 6-7 times/tour, and my goal is FRONT ROW CENTRE!!! Maybe next year...

My bad. Although i still use terms like "dudes, man (seldom), and all the other masculine terms" when referring and talking to women especially my girl friends. Anywho, now that you gave them a good review, I'm more motivated to see them.
I saw madonna in coachella. Does that make me cool?

DMB is one of my favorites now. My girlfriend turned me on to his music. We see him every year here in CT. But last year I suprised her on her birthday with floor seats at Madison Square Garden in NYC last December. They were awesome seats! That was BY FAR the best Concert that I've been too. 100x better then his shows in CT. The show was over 4 hours!!! You could tell he was really feeling the sold out crowd. I finished her birthday gift with a ride home in a 6 passenger limo, for just the 2 of us. It was a great night!

I agree with your thoughts on Matisyahu. King without a crown is a pretty good song. I'm sure he will grow on me as well. Goodluck fullfilling your dreams of front center seats. You better start saving, Rob

Pics, as promised......

The pics of Matisyahu jamming with the band are a bit blurry, so I apologise, though I'll admit I can't take credit for those!

Sounds good. I was an avid listener of DMB a ew years ago and burned out a little bit. I have their new CD and listened to it pretty regularly until I burned out on it. I was really, really PO'd about the whole copy protection thing with it. What??? I can't put it on my iPod even though I own a genuine version on CD??? BS.

Great pics girl! Looks like you were pretty darned close even though it wasn't front row center. That will be awesome when you do that. The best vantage point I have ever had was in the security pit about 3 feet from the Chili Peppers. I think I got Flea sweat on me.

Yeah, what's up with the copy protection crap? The same thing happened to me with Coldplay's X & Y, and since then I no longer buy actual CDs, instead I just download from iTunes. As for last night, we were in the 8th row, which isn't too bad. "Flea sweat," huh? I wish I'd gotten Dave-sweat on me!

We're planning on getting front row tix through the Bamaworks auctions for a couple of the shows next year.....then THAT will be close! The closest we've been thus far was 4th row center for the Dave and Friends tour a few years ago.
