I saw the same photos of the CL in Autoweek, it doesn't do anything for me. However, I am sure the next gen E class E65 or what ever it will be will be a screamer. The new E65 is supposed to be a killer.

I like the way the next E-class looks. The front bumper has BMW written all over it, and the way they've sharpened the side lines suggests a bimmer'sque styling cue as well. All this adding to their relatively conservative shapes. Nice

Maybe it's just me, but as far as the CL is concerned, any coupe that large is just a plain turn-off.

I'll take an E-class and a Smart car, please, the other stuff does not do anything for me. We drove through an MB lot this evening...their stuff looks so diluted...CEO said the new GL looks like a Toyota Highlander.

And what's with Zeiter doing that sappy minivan comercial? The Daimler/Chrysler merger has created what I imagine would occur if Longhorn Steakhouse merged with Smith & Wollensky's...WTF?

I tend to agree - I'll take an E-Class and the Smart car too.

Does Smith & Wollensky still sell their knives?
