Initial Customer Satisfaction Surveys
I've seen reports on car companies that show the initial satisfaction of the customer. I have owned my new X5 for exactly 4 months and have yet to answer a survey except for how satisfied I was with my dealer. Will there be other surveys coming? By the way, my X has been PERFECT in every way with NO problems at all after 7300 miles!

I got one on my '02 Vette back in '02, when it was new, from
JD Powers...never saw one on the pos Honda CR-V or the X. All the suits in Woodcliff Lake care about is head patting and placating, imo.
