Motorola K1

Pick one up this morning on my way to work this morning

Got to say nice looking phone.

Anyone else got one.

it's a distinctive and very stylish looking phone. On the outside of the K1 has a glasslike shell that givies the KRZR its unusual look. Normal lookingRAZR keypad is inside

includes a 2 megapixel digital camera, 176x220 pixel internal display, expandable memory, an MP3 player and stereo Bluetooth

Havent seen it in person yet, but the internet pics look to "narrow" for me..Is it about the same width of the RAZR? I dont mean "thinness", I mean the actual width of the phone. I DID happen to see that Samsung D820... OMG!! Very nice indeed...

No Bozo your right it is way more narrow than the RAZR. Fits into my handbag just nice though I'm liking the glass like shell.

I am away to check out the D820

The K1 is defintitely a "chick" phone, i.e., the Nokia 6111. They're going for 50% over MSRP on ebay and you cant get your hands on one..My wife picked one up last week, and I honestly cant see what all the fuss was/is about...

The 820 however, is a different story..Havent even checked out the 900 yet...

Um no, I wont. Im hoping she doesnt find out anyway..

I thought you could change the 6111 covers anyway...If so, there will be "extra" CKR 6111's all over ebay when these come out...

The Samsung D600 is a newer better version of the D820; odd how they number stuff.

I got one this Tuesday, and it's pretty darn sweet! It feels a LOT more sturdy than the Razr does.

It is funny...I dont know where the improvement is though..the 820 is flatter and doesnt have that stupid "lip" when the phone is slid down ..i dont like Samsung's text strokes..Maybe because Im so use to Motorola's..Time for a change I guess...
