Apple partners with Ford, GM and Mazda for iPod integration

Apple now has deals with most of the world’s top brands including luxury cars like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar and Infiniti, not to mention Ferrari. As customers shop for a new vehicle, how much does iPod integration affect their buying decision? According to Apple, the fact that so many car companies have signed on to work with them says it all.

Reminds me of a previous thread. I wonder if i-Pod integration will mean integration for all these devices - at least in France. If I were in the market, I would not buy a car for the i-Pod integration, but I would probably by an i-Pod versus something else if my car integrated to it. This is another example of how Apple has really cornered the market. Kudos to them for thier business plan and strategy!
