 Your trying to be reasonable about the process of stealing and ripping people off. Nothing reasonable about it.  It's like NOT realizing that anyone's car can be stolen in less than 30 seconds if someone really wants to do it. Same with selling salvaged cars. Vin checks? I don't believe submitting phony one's would be a problem for the pros. But my posts were just a parody  of todays society where people will do anything for a buck even hoisting cars from the bottom of the ocean and selling them to greedy people looking for the deal of a lifetime.
