True, but it does make your immune system more susceptible, no? And even though most of my school is "new", there is no such thing as a "clean" public school. Dust, germs, ick .....everywhere.......

Can't believe it has been practically raining everyday since visiting the northeast!!

Anyhow, at least I got to get a break from the heat from my neck of the woods.

Hope everyone's Labor Day weekend is a blast no matter what the weather brings in and take care and enjoy the last of the summer.....

Of course, when I get back, it will be summer weather for another 2 more months!

Yeah needed the rain here in PA as well but really bad timing for Ernesto to roll-in... We should still be thankful as others aren't as lucky...

Well, we needed the rain here. And up my way it is routine to have 35mph winds with 40mph gusts. You know just enough to rip of siding, roof shingles...blow your deck furniture into the yard

So when I heard Ernesto was down to 35mph sustained....wasn't too worried. However it was funny driving through Columbia seeing signs saying "Water Shortage" in the middle of a tropical storm

We got hammered with wind. Saw a bunch of trees down while I was out walking this morning. One street light came crashing down too.Power flickered a few times but never went out. Ernesto is out of here Don't think I'll be needing umbrellas in my cokctails today to keep them from getting diluted.

Holy Beans! Down here we got the standard drizzle and puff, sent Lil Ernie back out to sea after telling him he just didn't have what it takes...appears he got an attitude up north.
