I've heard about Master Cleanse. It's supposed to be really good for your body.

Yes, The Master Cleanse is great! I have been doing it for 10 years ... at least 1x per year. Its amazing how you feel when you give your body a "break" from addictive type things like sugar, chocolate, caffeine, etc.... you start to crave healthy foods - fruits & veggies...

How can you say how good you feel and give your body a break from caffeine in the same sentence. I would not be able to function.
You can keep the sugar and the chocolate and most anything else. Don't mess with my coffee.

Caffeine yes, but sugar and chocolate are not "addictive". You may really like them, and even have a psychological dependence on them for some reason, but addiction....? No.
