Figures California would sue automakers...

California is suing GM, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, & Daimler-Chrysler for Global Warming!! California states these 6 automakers are creating a "public nuisance" by making cars that emit huge quantities of greenhouse gas which contributes to global warming.

(Hey, BMW wasn't named, but I guess BMW is not one of 6 largest automakers!!)

Let's sue the lawyers for the waste of paper, which requires trees, the lost of which inhibit the conversion of carbon dioxide(greenhouse gas) to oxygen

How does it cost the state millions of dollars? When a car is bought, they tax it. A driver’s license costs money. They get money from insurance. They get money from gasoline tax. They get money from taxing services to keep vehicles running. They get money from tickets. They have toll roads. There is the yearly registration fee as well.

Sounds to me that the state makes a lot of money.

Maybe what the vehicle manufacturers need to do is leave CA. When people pay exuberant prices for used vehicles and the state sees a huge drop in revenue, I bet they change their mind.

Oh, and the lawyers need to walk to court, they can't use a car.

Here we go again- manufacturers getting sued for making a legal product. Would be an interesting case- I'd like to see someone either prove or disprove the existance of global warming in a courtroom- talk about a landmark case!
