NFL should be renamed "Allota Fagina"

http://www.nfl.com/teams/story/CAR/9694318

Apparently now the NFL fines players for, well, damn near everything. Why is it that every hit on a QB now is analyzed? I don't understand this now. It is really wussing out the sport. Seems like now, if you need a few yards, simply wait till 4th and 6 and stay in the pocket, launch the ball at a side line marker and wait for the DE to hit you, get yourself a free 15 yards for doing nothing.

Yeah, that penalty in the New England game was weak too. That guy got crushed and they called a personal foul. That penalty pretty much changed the game. It's going to flag football in a couple of years.

goalies so much, it's ridiculous. ur playing a violent
sport, expect to be hit and hit hard.

How about Julius Peppers on Drew Breese?? He didn't even hit him, infact on the "hit" he held Drew up so he wouldn't fall down. Then the ref gives him a 15 yard penalty.

Total BS.

How about that Albert Haynesworth cleat-stomp on Andre Gurode's head after he kicked his helmet off?

30 stitches to close up that cut

Well that was obviously illegal....unlike many of the so-called "hits" on the QB.

I saw D. Sanders saying that Haynesworth should be removed for 4 games and suspended 4 game checks.

I'm with you, man. It's gotten to a point where you can't touch these guys. The fact is, as good as they are, defensive linemen cannot defy the laws of physics!!! They cannot stop at mid-air. If the lineman launches for the QB as he throws the pass, he will arrive AFTER the QB has thrown the ball. What are the linemen supposed to do? It's ridiculous.
