Besides, he didn't sell "their" story to a producer, he sold "his" story to a producer. I am sure the rights to "her" story are still hers to sell.
I am not a legel attorney but I am going to assume, she was approached to sell her story, she said, "no", or wanted more $$$. But he sold his rights. Now she wants a piece of his action. B
