"Coloring Down the Mtn"...pics

The locals call it "coloring down the mtn", eg the leaves turn, obivously,
at the higher elevations first. Some decent color, but about a week or
two away; very hard to predict time and/or color intensity. 5 yrs here
in HillbillyHeaven, but we've never seen "color" to match NewAngleland
or NY, etc. Just not sharp enough temp drops, even up here at 5K ft
or, at the 6,000 ft+ levels.

NEway, I haven't posted pics in a couple of days, so I had an itchy
finger as they say at the range. 2nd pic was taken with a med tele-
photo, which I use rarely, but nice/lucky shot of the Canton Gap,
Mt.Pisgah and The Cold Mtn. all bunched together with good sunset
light on them, at the point of solarity.
Thanks for Looking...
