You need to upload it to a web server to host the picture before you can link it in your signature. It should work from Photobucket or some other similar photo hosting site.
Once you have it there you can use HTML tags for your signature. It would be in this example format. [IMG]www.yourpicture.com/signature[/IMG]. HTH
