Atlanta, anyone?
I'm going on a quest to find my birth mother (I'm from GA) but never been before, any members have any good places to visit while i'm there, I will be visiting Hotlanta in Jan Thanks in advance! Do I hear minimeet?

being a business town, hotels are cheap on the weekends. being a huge town, the possibilities are endless.

I've been to Atlanta a lot. Buckhead is a good area for going out, restaurants, clubs, etc. Great hangout area. Lots of great places to eat in Atlanta, too.

What hotel are you staying at?

First of all let me wish you the best in your effort to fill in a very important part of your life history.

Don't forget to look for what appears to be old trucks converted into chicken wing takeout restaurants. Let me tell you i got hooked on those things and needed to be dragged away from them kickin and screeming.

And I ate at a restaurant in Buckhead. It was GREAT.. I think it was called the fish market or something. It had a 25 foot fish head growing out of the roof. It's a local landmark.

LOL how did you KNOW I love female strip clubs? LOL Yeah well I know where she lives and she wanted to communicate with me, she was 17 when she had me so I totally admire her loving me enough to give me up, its a great thing and my parents think it will be good for me to meet her, so I finally gave in Its not like some huge major search or anything thou

The Fish Market in Buckhead is where you are talking about. It's good, but a little pricey.

There is a W hotel in Buckhead. It used to, I believe, be the SuisseHotel, and is one of the nicer places in Buckhead. Within walking distance, there are restaurants, a jazz club, 2 major malls, and all sorts of stuff.
