Yeah but for the price why wait and remember that the $399 deal only has 512 ram and i don`t recomend running vista with less than 1gig.

The price is a bait and which, you should do the following upgrades:

Memory
Dual core processor
Better LCD Screen.

The base machine probably can not run Vista.

Vista is to be realised at the end of January. But wait a few months to get the bugs out.

Most kids play games that require more power and graphics.

Its cheap but limited.........like you said. Not sure that its well suited for anyone, but a person that just checks email on a PC.

It's good for Kids to do research, their homework, and play some less intensive
games. I believe all that was pointed out. In this case therefore one thing to do
if you don't like this computer. DONT BUY IT.
