Keith Oberman awarded this fool (the association president) his "worst person in the world" award last night. What this article does not mention is that apparently he ordered the association treasurer to fine her the $25/day. When that guy refused and then resigned from his position as association treasurer, he hired the next guy in line for that position and ordered him to fine her. He too refused and resigned, and 2 more after him did the same thing. Apparently he could not find anyone willing to become association treasurer and impose the fine. What an ass....
And what is this nonsense of equating a peace sign to "a symbol of Satan". I'd be more inclined to say that a peace sign is a "symbol of God". That is just too funny.

The homeowner is a past association president. I wouldn't' be surprised if the motive for the harassment by the current association president turned out to be personal.
