UCC SALES Final question...
So I've got another law school question for you 
I don't suppose any of you are recent enough law school grads that you'd still have an issue spotting checklist for UCC sales transactions?
I have a nice list of all the UCC codes that we're required to know, but ... insofar as issue spotting is concerned, it'd be nice to have a clear-cut issue checklist in my head like i had for Contracts I/II last year.....
