Rome fans?

No Rome fans on here huh? New season starts tonight @ 9 on HBO....

G, Yeah we are...
my DVR is stuffed, too: 24 & Rome being/gonna be disked,
watching best of Nature and then theCEO watches Des'Houeswives.

I can disk 2 shows while watching/flipping a "third"; that's the best
my Comcast HD DVR will do. And, the HD stored stuff really
fills up the DVR.

I am a Rome fan..

More often than not, I give HBO at least a couple episodes to let a show develop. I was not impressed with Rome when it first came on, it was a little hard to follow but I hung in there. And boy, did it reward me. The show really delivered and the end of season 1 was some of the best television ever.

I watched the season premiere tonight and it was equally awesome. GO ROME GO !!!

I've watched most of Rome's season 1, but it doesn't fit in my list of "must-see" TV, but I imagine it must be the bomb for anyone who is a fan of ancient Roman history.

But it does have it's educational moments. Never give a speech without getting laid first. Even if it's with the German slut from the kitchen.

The Wire, Deadwood, and the Sopranos rank ahead of Rome in my book, along with Dexter on SHO.
