Talking movie: crank -- impressions?

so i saw it last night finally with a buddy of mine.

i'd be lying if i said i didn't enjoy it, if only because it WAS so non-stop-over-the-top.

also, the sex scene was a visual i think i'll never ever forget lol

I thought the movie was very good (saw it in the theatre) has some great visuals and i really like the ultra rapid pace...the shootout on the roof of the hotel and the sex scene were both very memorable scenes

agreed ...... good call on the roof shootout, totally agree with you.

my only qualm: it would have been interesting to see a more ... "oh my" sort of reaction from the two rivals at the end of the film when they fell out of the chopper together. i mean think about it: you're trying to kill each other, and then suddenly you've got ... what ... a minute or so to ponder the fact that you're BOTH, INEVITABLY, about to die lol ..... i for one had never seen anything like that in a movie before, and kinda wish it were more played out.

I got into that debate with a buddy about how it could have been longer but conversly if it was too long you would start thinking "why hasn't he died yet"

I liked the cellphone call thing but you are right it was kind of strange that neither one really freaked out about falling to thier death

I liked it too....a very unconventional experience like no other.

I forgot much of it though....
