I'm doing a marketing project and got stuck with France. Basically I need a American product to market in France. I have learned that it should be something in the sexual nature...

Why do you think it should be sexual? You need to emphasize on the American style which the French like. When French think about products made in America they immediately have BIG in mind. Cars with big engine, big motorbikes, etc... Harley Davidson is indeed typically American and the French like that. The Corvette or the Viper are other good example. Do not pick any food or candy or anything to eat.
