There has been sooooo much spam lately. Is there a way to make joining this forum more secured?

i don't feel safe...:eek:

An occasional spammer might stumble in, but it's far too much work for them to register, get the confirmation email, then post, which results in cancellation within 24 hours. It's almost pointless.
