How will Barry Bonds do this year? Will he break the record?
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) -- Opening day is still three weeks away and Barry Bonds already is talking about 2008. Asked Monday whether he'd like to play next season if he's still healthy, Bonds responded, "sure." Bonds hedged a bit later in the interview, but it's clear he's not quite ready to step away. "Let me get through '07 first," he said. "If I'm healthy, I'd consider coming back." Bonds said he feels "100 percent" better than he did last spring, when he was coming back from three operations on his right knee. He is moving better than he did at this time last year and played for the fourth straight day Monday against the Chicago Cubs.

Hey Barry, the Giants look good this year. But I always feel like this at this time of the year! But they have been playing well this spring, and the newly acquired players I like. So here's to a good and exciting season

I haven't been to the stadium yet. This year for sure though. Soon as i can figure out where the best seats are.

Has he been caught with ANYTHING yet? People talk as though he has been proven to use steroids or growth hormones etc, but with all the investigations etc, I haven't heard anything that confrims/proves he's done anything. Selig says he doesn't know what he'll do when/if Barry breaks the record. Seems like everyone assumes he's guilty of something ---with no proof. Sure, Barry isn't the most likeable guy in the league. But he's a great player and that should be recognized. And IF/WHEN he's caught doing something that violates league rules, then put the *** by his name etc.

As I have always said. There are always more than 2 sides to any story. And that includes Barry Bonds. As you correctly pointed out nothing has been proven but that won't stop others from assuming the position of judge and jury. I thought this was an interesting write up with a different viewpoint.

Since his rookie year his jersey size has gone from a 44 to a 58, hat size 7 3/8 to 7 1/2 , and the most disturbing fact his shoe size went from an 11 to a 13.5, that is Growth Hormone working, I have friends who are professional bodybuilders that use it and it makes EVERYTHING grow, there is no other explanation for foot growth at the age of 35
